Campsite Reservations

Killarey Lutheran Camp is an outdoor recreational ministry operated by an association of WELS congregations. We invite you to come and enjoy God's great outdoors at our Camp, featuring a family-friendly Christian atmosphere on the shores of Killarney Lake in the beautiful Irish Hills. Worship services are conducted on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Fall Festival weekends on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. See Reservation Policy below.

CAMPING RATES

Family Camping Fees (per night)

• Electric Site - $30.00** (Camp Booster: $25.00**): Electric site provides 30 Amp capability and water is available to fill campers at the bath house, as well as a tank dump site. 
• Rustic Site** - $25.00** (Camp Booster: $20.00**)
• Off Season (Nov. 1 - Apr. 30) - $20.00/site (Camp Booster: $15.00/site)
  **Stay 6 nights---get the 7th night free!**
• Cabins (Full Electric) are $90.00 a day/night ($70.00 for Booster Members).
  
  *Site is defined as: one family per site (parents with their own dependent children) OR up to 4 unrelated adults without children. Only up to 2 vehicles and one RV per site. Call the campground office at 517-467-4511 for more information. 

Group Camping/Guest Groups/Group Events

CONTACT the programs committee for Day/overnight rate plans available for schools sports teams, business events, youth groups, LP/LGP, and more. A variety of options are including: Outdoor Education, Archery, Adventure Course, Aquatics, Meal Plans, Meeting Space and Lodging.

Reservation Policy

For Booster Members:

Reservations for the season may be made after the Annual Meeting of the Lutheran Campsite Association*. This includes holiday and special event weekends.

Booster memberships may be purchased for the year at the time of reservation.

For Non-Booster Campers:

Reservations may be made no more than six months ahead of the planned stay, this includes holiday and special event weekends.

For All Campers:

No more than 2 sites per person may be reserved for holiday and special event weekends

Reservations must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days ahead of stay for non-holiday and non-special event weekends.

No refunds for holiday and special event weekends.

No reservations for cleanup weekends as those are first come first serve. 

*Annual meeting date will be posted on our Facebook page and sent out to association member congregations. Typically, the annual meeting is held on the second Sunday in January.
