Basic duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supervision and operation of the entire waterfront and all water activities.
• Will plan water activities, ensure enforcement of all safety and waterfront rules.
• Will organize waterfront program, supervise lifeguards/aquatic observers, and teach ARC swim lessons and boating activities.
• Maintain and take inventory all waterfront equipment to ensure waterfront safety.

Requirements:

Age 18+up, current ARC WSI, LG, First Aid, CPR certifications are required. Knowledge of State Aquatic licensing rules helpful. Prior experience desired, but not required. Leadership skills necessary.
