Responsible for helping in food preparation, serving, and sanitation. Asst. Cook will supervise any kitchen helpers/CITS and ensure proper clean-up after all meals/snacks. Must be available for set-up and training before camp. Directly reports to Chief Cook. Age 18+up, previous cooking and/or food service experience desired.
