Responsible for the planning, preparing, teaching and supervising the Arts and Crafts program. Must maintain safety, enforce rules and care for Arts and Crafts equipment.

Basic duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Plan up to 5 days worth of project time keeping age level in mind
• Cleaning Arts and crafts cabin and putting supplies away after each use
• Work with the Camp Director in creating and maintaining the Arts and Crafts program
• Provide the Director with a potential list of needed supplies for the up-coming season.

Qualifications and Training Requirements:

18+, with previous Arts and Crafts experience desired

• Knowledge of Arts and Crafts necessary
• Attend Staff Orientation and Training Session (may be able to make arrangements with the Director to participate in relevant sessions. May not be required to attend the entire workshop)

Supervises:

• All children when taken part in Arts and Crafts

Supervised by:

• Camp Supervisor and Camp Director

This position requires duty during all formal Arts and Crafts classes (1-3 hrs in am). Instructors do not need to dorm at camp.
